Students enrolled in production courses who wish to check-out equipment anytime during Spring Break need to turn in their Equipment Requisition Form by 3pm, Friday, March 10th. The Film Equipment Room operates with a skeleton crew during the break (as student employees like to enjoy the time off too). Having a grasp on the needs of the upcoming week help us make an effective employee schedule to cover the workload.
Students can modify their orders after submission (add/drop equipment), we just need to get a reading on how many check-outs are happening and when.
Film Equipment Room hours are from 9:00am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:00pm during the break (March 13th and March, 15th – March 17th) and return to normal operating hours of 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:00pm on Monday, March 20th. The Film Equipment Room will be closed for business on Tuesday, March 14th due to the carpet being replaced in the NSC common areas.
